Last one I'm going to upload. I really liked the angle of the image, and it shows a lot of the detail on the headpiece.
The only thing that saddened me during this project was that a lot of people called me Queen Amidala at Star Wars in Concert. *sigh* She was not a Twi'lek, she didn't have head tails! But. I imagine it was just because of how ornate the costume looked and the makeup work I did. I imagine a lot of folks knew I was a Twi'lek. At least I hope a lot of people did.
Anyway. Reelu spent most of her childhood on Tatooine, so she never really saw snow before. I imagine she would probably have been rather fascinated the first time she actually did get to see it.
Reelu Jin belongs to me of course. Twi'leks belong to Lucas and his wonderful Star Wars Universe.
I feel your pain, when I worked as Sidious at the Star Wars Exhibition Örnsköldsvik 2 years ago, parents had to tell their kids who I was, or rather what I was, namely "the Emperor", not Darth Sidious or anything, only the Emperor...Vader on the other hand got much more attention and even children whom had never seen the OT knew who he was.
